I am an ex-estate agent who used to work for an independent estate agency in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. I got to know my clients very well and I was frustrated by only being able to offer them the properties on my agent’s books, so in 2009 I left to set up my own company, Bay Tree Property Search Ltd.
Owning a search company allows me to access all the right properties for my clients regardless of which estate agent is marketing them. I work for the Buyer and use my inside knowledge of estate agency to minimise their costs and make their journey as smooth and stress free as possible.
In my home life, I have a love of historical buildings and I live in a grade II listed Georgian cottage. I am a firm believer that if you want something badly enough and you are determined, then there is always a way. With this in mind I have worked with the local conservation office to gain two major planning consents which have substantially increased both the size and impact of this property.
