Susannah Cole was the keynote speaker for the 3rd Surrey Property Exchange meeting and she gave some excellent guidance and provided a lot of detail as to how to recruit and service private property investors. Susannah’s thriving business in Bristol was testament to her success in working with an expanding group of investors, and her professionalism and attention to detail shone through for everyone present.
Mark Lloyd and Jackie Reeves gave an insight into their recent business move into property, with a rapidly expanding and varied portfolio and a coaching and property sourcing business that is already proving very successful.

The floor of the second meeting of the Surrey Property Exchange was given over to Vanish Patel, one of the top property experts in the UK.
He gave some invaluable advice on how to make the most out of networking opportunities and focussed his formal presentation on the UK market place for property and on sourcing property from sources other than estate agents. A wide variety of outlets were put forward, giving the audience lots of ideas and points to consider in order to become smarter investors.
11 April
The launch of the Surrey Property Exchange on 11 April was a great success, with a turnout of 30 people and a keynote presentation from an inspiring Ian Lawson. He outlined his philosophy and approach to the property business and highlighted his remarkable career path and 4 year sojourn, travelling around the world, whilst keeping his finger on a business that continued to grow..!
The excellent conference facilities of the Guildford Holiday Inn provided a first class setting for an evening of active networking and interaction, as the event got off to a great start, with a real mix of experienced investors and relative newcomers to the business.
James Lindon – Travers kicked off what will be a monthly Mortgage Newsround update and features such as a deals board and soap box corner will become key additional elements each month. Valuable feedback was offered by those present on ideas and subjects for the months to come, and several took up the opportunity to list their services or expertise in next month’s printed programme.
